Selected work

The first builds are underway.

Keelbase is a new studio and its first client projects are in build. Nothing is published here yet, because a case study written before the work has run is an advertisement wearing a case study's clothes.

Where this page stands.

Keelbase has no published outcome numbers. The studio is building its first client projects now, and until one of them has run long enough to measure — and the client agrees to publish what it did — there is nothing here that would be true.

What we will publish

Two things, kept visibly apart. What we designed and decided is our account of the work. What the work measurably did is the client's account of it, in their figures — build time, real-world load on a phone, and the change in enquiries.

They are two different kinds of claim, and only one of them is ours to make.

What we will not publish

  • A result we cannot attribute to a named client.
  • A figure the client has not agreed to have published.
  • An estimated, modelled or illustrative number.
  • A stock case study standing in for a real one.

Until a build clears all four, this page stays as it is.

Three slots we have not filled.

These are placeholders, not clients. An empty slot is more useful to you than a stock case study, so they stay empty until there is something real to put in them.

Placeholder slot — not a client

Trades and services

Reserved for a trades build. When one launches and has run long enough to measure, this slot carries what the work did — build time, real-world load, enquiry change — in the client's figures, not ours.

Professional services

Reserved for a professional-services rebuild. Nothing here is a client yet, and we would rather leave the slot empty than fill it with stock work.

Retail and hospitality

Reserved for a retail or hospitality build. Ask what we would do with yours and we will walk you through it.

Talk to the person who'll actually build it.

No account managers, no discovery deck. Twenty minutes with the team doing the work.
