Brisbane studio — websites, search and pipelines

Modern web for the AI era.

Your customers now find you through search results, map listings and the answer panels that summarise them. Keelbase builds sites all three can read — and wires them to the enquiry pipeline behind.

Twenty minutes with the people who build it. You'll leave knowing where enquiries are leaking.

The connected system

A visit is only worth something if the whole line holds.

Most studios build one of these and hand you the rest. We build the line end to end, so nothing falls between the site, the search work and the follow-up.

  1. Website

A site that loads fast and says the right thing on the pages that carry the work.

  2. Search

Structured so results pages, map listings and answer panels can all read it.

  3. Enquiry

One clear action per page, and a form short enough to finish on a phone.

  4. Pipeline

It lands in your CRM, tagged, and the follow-up goes out on its own.

Selected work

The first builds are underway.

Keelbase is a new studio and its first client projects are being built now. These are the slots those builds will occupy — held open on purpose, because an empty slot tells you more about how we work than a stock case study would.

Placeholder slot — not a client

Trades and services

Reserved for a trades build. When one launches and has run long enough to measure, this slot carries what the work did — build time, real-world load, enquiry change — in the client's figures, not ours.

Placeholder slot — not a client

Professional services

Reserved for a professional-services rebuild. Nothing here is a client yet, and we would rather leave the slot empty than fill it with stock work.

Placeholder slot — not a client

Retail and hospitality

Reserved for a retail or hospitality build. Ask what we would do with yours and we will walk you through it.

No numbers here yet.

Keelbase has no published outcome numbers. The studio is building its first client projects now, and until one of them has run long enough to measure — and the client agrees to publish what it did — there is nothing here that would be true.

When the first results land they will appear on this band as the client's figures — supplied by them, labelled as theirs and published with their permission — and every case-study slot stays marked as unfilled until then. Nothing on this site is estimated, modelled or illustrative. The only numbers we will ever quote are the terms of the offer: a 20-minute review, a 12-point audit, roughly a six-week build, then monthly.

What we do

Four pieces of work, built as one.

You can buy any part on its own. They are designed to hand over to each other, which is why they are worth more together.

Fast, current, built to last.

Modern websites

Design and build to a fixed scope and a fixed date, on a stack your team can edit without calling us. Accessible, responsive and quick on a real phone rather than quick in a lab.

Findable wherever people look.

Search visibility

People reach a business through results pages, map listings and the answer panels that summarise them. All three read structured, crawlable pages, so that is what we build — the claims live in the HTML, never in an animation.

One page, one action.

Enquiry funnels

Landing pages and offers built around a single thing you want the visitor to do, with the form short enough that they finish it. Measured, then changed when the numbers say so.

Nothing sits in an inbox.

CRM and follow-up

Every enquiry lands somewhere with a name on it, tagged and followed up whether or not anybody remembers. The last link in the chain, and the one most sites leave off.

Direct with the people building it.

A small hands-on studio in Brisbane. None of this is complicated — it is mostly a question of who is on the call.

  • No account managers

You talk to the people writing the code and the copy. Nobody in the middle is summarising your feedback into a ticket.

  • Fixed scope, fixed date

Both are agreed before design starts. If we want to add something mid-build it goes on a list for after launch, rather than quietly moving the date.

  • Nothing is offshored

The studio does the work. It is small, which is both the limit and the point — we take on a handful of builds at a time.

  • Monthly, only while it earns

The ongoing work is month to month. We report on what landed, and if it stops paying for itself you should stop paying for it.

Notes from inside the builds.

Talk to the person who'll actually build it.

No account managers, no discovery deck. Twenty minutes with the team doing the work.
