A new site, one clear action on every page, and follow-up that runs itself. The owner stopped chasing quotes through an inbox.
What we designed
The old site was slow on a phone and asked for eight fields before anyone could ask a question. We rebuilt it around the free-measure booking, wrote the pages that carry the enquiries, and wired every submission into a CRM with the follow-up already written.
This is our account of the work — design decisions, not results.
