One connected system, not four invoices.
A website, the search work that makes it findable, the funnel that turns a visit into an enquiry, and the follow-up that catches it. Buy any part on its own — they are built to work as one.
Website → Search → Enquiry → Pipeline
Four pieces of work that hand over to each other. A gap anywhere on the line costs you the enquiry, which is why we would rather build the whole thing than one end of it.
-
Website
A site that loads fast and says the right thing on the pages that carry the work.
-
Search
Structured so results pages, map listings and answer panels can all read it.
-
Enquiry
One clear action per page, and a form short enough to finish on a phone.
-
Pipeline
It lands in your CRM, tagged, and the follow-up goes out on its own.
Modern websites
Design and build to a fixed scope and a fixed date, on a stack your team can edit without calling us. Accessible, responsive and quick on a real phone rather than quick in a lab.
What's in scope
- Fixed scope and launch date agreed before design starts.
- Built for real-world phones and real-world connections.
- Semantic, accessible markup your team can edit safely.
Search visibility
People reach a business through results pages, map listings and the answer panels that summarise them. All three read structured, crawlable pages, so that is what we build — the claims live in the HTML, never in an animation.
What's in scope
- Structured data, clean headings and crawlable copy on every page.
- Local and intent-led search work aimed at buyers, not traffic.
- Technical clean-up so the pages can actually be indexed.
Enquiry funnels
Landing pages and offers built around a single thing you want the visitor to do, with the form short enough that they finish it. Measured, then changed when the numbers say so.
What's in scope
- Landing pages tied to one action, not five.
- Offers worth an email address, written plainly.
- Forms short enough to finish on a phone.
CRM and follow-up
Every enquiry lands somewhere with a name on it, tagged and followed up whether or not anybody remembers. The last link in the chain, and the one most sites leave off.
What's in scope
- Every enquiry lands in your CRM, tagged at the source.
- Follow-up that runs without anyone remembering to send it.
- A monthly read on what landed and where it came from.
Questions we get before the first call.
What does Keelbase actually do?
We design and build websites for small and mid-sized businesses, then do the ongoing search, funnel and follow-up work that keeps enquiries arriving. You can buy either half on its own; they work better together.
How long does a build take?
A typical build runs about six weeks from the first call to launch, with the scope and the date agreed before design starts.
Where is Keelbase based?
Brisbane, Queensland. We work with businesses across QLD and remotely elsewhere in Australia.
Who will I be talking to?
The people doing the work. Keelbase is a small studio with no account managers, so the person who scopes your build is the person who builds it.
What platform do you build on?
Usually WordPress, hand-built rather than assembled from a page builder, so the site stays fast and your team can still edit it. We use standard tooling and no proprietary lock-in.
Is the ongoing work a lock-in contract?
No. The monthly work is month to month. We report on what landed, and if it stops paying for itself you should stop paying for it.
The 12-point audit we run before every rebuild — yours free.
The same checklist we bill for: what the site is costing you, what search can read, and where an enquiry goes once it arrives.
Talk to the person who'll actually build it.
No account managers, no discovery deck. Twenty minutes with the team doing the work.
