Your pipeline review, 20 minutes

A pipeline review is twenty minutes on a call, and it is the same twelve-point pass we run before quoting any rebuild. This is what happens in it, so you can decide whether it is worth the time.

First: where people arrive

We look at where traffic comes from and which pages it lands on. Most sites have one or two pages doing all the work and a dozen that nobody reads. Knowing which is which decides what gets rebuilt first.

Second: where they leave

Then we walk the path a real customer takes on a phone. Slow loads, a form asking for eight fields, a phone number that is not tappable — the leaks are usually boring and fixable rather than strategic.

Third: what happens to an enquiry

This is the part most reviews skip. An enquiry arrives — then what? If the answer is “it sits in an inbox until someone notices”, the site is not the bottleneck. We map the follow-up and show you where it stalls.

More often than not, the fix isn’t a redesign at all — it’s one page rewritten and one automation that was never set up.

What you walk away with

A short list of what is leaking, in the order we would fix it, and an honest read on whether that is a job for us or something your team can do in an afternoon. No deck, no proposal attached.
